I am Clare George, a spirit that loves the simple life. I would describe myself as a curious observer to all that is life.
I belong to a tribe of 8, Me, my husband, 3 children and 3 four legged friends. After moving to Australia 14 years ago we have created a close unit. Our motherland of England provided us the foundation to enjoy life here. I would describe our life as one of abundance, not in the material way but in the sense of the experiences, opportunities and resources. I am left in awe most days at the wanders on our doorstep.
I first feel in love with yoga back in 2000. There was something about how the practise drew me
deeply into my body. The connection of mind, body and breath had me hooked. Yoga and I have been together ever since. I feel truly blessed to have yoga as a continual companion. A companion that constantly brings be back to my essence, back home.
In 2016 I graduated from my initial teacher training course with senior trainer Flo Fenton. It was a part time course that lasted for one year. The length of time gave me a real chance to integrate the practise into my daily life, it was a year of true transformation. I began teaching straight away. In 2018 I went back for more and completed my second course. I now, am blessed to share yoga with the seaside towns in the Tweed Shire.
